Welcome to our website
The Club was originally formed
as the Show Me Carving Club in 1985. In 1987 it merged with another club and became the St. Charles
Area Woodcarvers Club (SCAWC). Members have a wide variety of carving skills ranging from novice
to professional. Adults are welcome to attend our weekly meetings to learn about carving; in the round, caricature, relief and woodburning.

Wyatt has served as our Webmaster before and will now be supporting the club as the President for 2025.

Debbie has previously held a directors position and is now serving the club as it's Vice President.
Kathy Ryan
Treasurer / Membership Director
Kathy will be continue 2025 as the Treasurer / Membership director.
Christy Smith
Secretary
Christy will be supporting the club as Secretary for 2025.
Steve Botkin
Webmaster
Steve has served as our Secretary and will be supporting the club as the Webmaster.
Charles Sapp
Director
Charles will be serving as a Director of the club for a 2 year term: 2025 - 2026.
Charles has supported the club for many years as the Treasurer / Membership Director.
Robert Ryan
Director
Robert will be serving as a Director of the club for the rest of the year 2025.
